Good Student Reports

When your insurance company requests proof of your student’s good grades the last report card will suffice. Generally, the insurance company does not need a separate form with a school officials’ signature. Most companies will extend the credit until the report card comes in or reimburse you as needed.

Please check with your insurance company to determine what they require. Most policies will require your students’ report card to be turned in annually.
