Background: I owned and operated Alternative Health Bisset Chiropractic Center in Lilburn, Georgia for 16 yrs. My specialty was Sport Injuries. I have been a team physician for national and international athletic teams, including the 1996 Olympics. In addition to GACS I am an adjunct professor for the University of Bridgeport. I teach an online Developmental Nutrition course for their Masters of Science Nutrition program. I am proud and blessed to have been a GACS mom for 13 yrs. I have survived 2 boys through sixth grade! My oldest son Dustin graduated from GACS in the year 2000 and from Vanderbilt University 2004. My youngest son graduated from GACS in the year 2005 and is a sophomore at the University of Tampa. My husband is Dr. Forest Butler, a periodontist specializing in dental implants.

My interests include cooking with and emphasis in healthy eating, hiking, and traveling. My favorite sport is tennis. My favorite place is the beach.

Science has always been a passion of mine from early childhood staring at the skies to looking in a microscope staring at zillion of tiny microbes. In the past five years teaching at GACS I have found it very rewarding to spark the interest of some students which may lead to a life long quest in science.

This year I will be the head coach for Science Olympiad, which is our competitive science team.
