I grew up in Western Pennsylvania, about 25 miles north of Pittsburgh, near the small town of Harmony. I attended Connoquenessing Valley Elementary (CVE), Unionville Elementary for 6th grade and then on to Seneca Valley Junior High and Senior High School where I graduated in 1995.
I currently teach Math 7/6 and Math 8/7 and 7th and have taught Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 Advanced and Basic Algebra 1 and even a PE class last year. I earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Harding University in 1999. I received both my Masters degree (M. Ed.) and my Specialist degree (Ed. S.) from Georgia State University in Atlanta specializing in Educational Leadership. I started teaching and coaching at GACS in August of 1999. I am currently the Head Wrestling Coach, Junior High Mathematics Chair and Head Sponsor of the 6th Grade.

I met my wife Erin while at Harding during the first week of our freshman year. Erin received a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science from Harding and is a stay at home mom and sometimes a preschool teacher at Campus Children's Center. Erin loves to spend time improving herself and developing a deeper relationship with our Lord. She is my precious one. Macy is six years old and will be in K6 in the Village this year. Mia is all over the place at 19 months old. She is a wonderful addition to our family. Speaking of additions, Erin is pregnant again and due in February of this school year. Please keep her in your prayers. Erin and I are very blessed with Macy and Mia we look forward to helping them see the Lord and someday giving their lives over to Him.
