The 2008 Math-a-thon is coming to a close today. I hope you were able to participate in helping St. Jude Children's Research Hospital this year in this fundraiser. This is such a great cause and any money we raise can help kids that can't afford the treatment...

It's good to be back to GACS for the spring semester (it already feels like spring!) We start over this semester with grades and at the end of the semester we will have our exam.

I've begun a new procedure once a week (or more often) that is aimed at helping my students to refocus their attention on their homework every night. I've borrowed the idea from several other math teachers here at GACS that seem to believe it has helped...

This is just a reminder that my help sessions are every Friday morning this semester for students than need a little extra help or just have a question for me. Please bring in old tests, review sheets, homework, etc. to ask questions from.
