· Born in Montgomery, Al Aug. 14, 1960

· Graduated from Prattville High 1978

· Graduated from David Lipscomb with a BA in English Education in 1982 and a Masters Degree in Middle Grades Math from the University of Georgia in 1996; currently working on Education Specialists Degree in Leadership at Tennessee Tech University

· Married Jay Davis, native Floridian, in June of 1984 where we lived for 7 years until we moved to the Atlanta area 15 years ago.

· Two Children-

Rachael, a graduate of GACS and a Sr. Biomedical Science Major at Auburn University

Luke, a GACS junior- Varsity Football and Varsity Track and Field

· 20 years teaching experience: Marbury High School, Alabama Christian Academy, Faulkner University, Greater Jacksonville Christian, Gwinnett Tech,

Gwinnett County Schools, and beginning my 6th year at GACS.

· 8 th Grade Sponsor, Co-Sponsor of National Junior Honor Society, and Co-Coach of the GACS color guard (flag line).

· Hobbies include playing the piano, solving suduko puzzles, watching HGTV, and going to the movies

· Favorite TV Shows: Lost, 24, Heroes, and Prison Break

· Member for 16 years at Campus Church of Christ

· Owner of two beautiful Golden Retrievers, Coop and Red

· Favorite Foods- Italian, Mexican, and steak (especially Fogo de Chao)
