Wanda Chastain

I enjoy teaching children and guiding them as they grow during the year. I have been teaching children in the first grade for 24 years. Twenty of those years have been at Greater Atlanta Christian School. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University and a Masters in the Art of Teaching from Emory University.

In my time outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, traveling, and scrapbooking. Camping and hiking are weekend activities that my husband and I enjoy with friends.

I am excited about meeting my students and their families. First grade is an adventure in learning and growing.
