Welcome to Ms. Tenney’s Third Grade class!
My name is Crystal Tenney. This is my first year to teach at GACS. I am thankful to have the opportunity to work in this Christian environment.
I graduated from Ohio Valley University with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies. I also started taking master’s courses through Muskingum College in Ohio. I taught 1st & 2nd grade in Coshocton, Ohio for four years before moving to Georgia in June.
I enjoy being involved in mission work. This summer I was blessed to go on my third mission trip through “Let’s Start Talking.” My team and I went to Tachikawa, Japan for six weeks to do conversational English using the book of Luke. It was an amazing experience to see God working through the church there! Now that I am living in Georgia, I attend church at Campus Church of Christ.
I love teaching and sharing my faith with elementary students. I am very excited about this school year, and I cannot wait to see what new adventures God has planned!
