Mrs. Sarah Davis
I grew up in Douglas County, Georgia. My BS Degree is from West Georgia College (now the University of West Georgia). I have been teaching for over 30 years. My Masters Degree is from Oglethorpe University. I taught in City of Atlanta Public Schools, Pinellas County, Florida, and Gwinnett County Schools before staying home with my children while they were small. Then they came to school here and so did I. This is my twentieth year at GAC, all of them in K4.
I have been married to Sam Davis, an engineer from Georgia Tech, for 40 years. Campus Church of Christ here in Norcross is our place of worship. We have two grown children. Our daughter Cynthia is a patent attorney here in Atlanta. Our son Sammy is a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kabokweni, South Africa.
My interests include reading (Christian fiction is my favorite), walking, and supporting my son’s projects at the home for displaced boys where he is serving in South Africa.
